At the end of 2024, Roman Bilinski completed a series of test sessions with Rodin, an FIA Formula 3 team based in England. Following these promising outings, the team announced that Bilinski would join them for the 2025 season. This highly competitive championship includes races at prestigious venues such as Melbourne, Bahrain, and Monaco. Eager to take on the next step in his career, Roman looks forward to the challenge ahead, embracing the opportunity to refine his craft and compete against some of the brightest talents in junior motorsport.

In 2024, Roman Bilinski once again partnered with Trident for the Formula Regional European Championship, marking their third consecutive season together. Building on previous successes, Bilinski consistently fought for points and claimed multiple podium finishes throughout the year. The team’s official announcement underscored their confidence in his abilities: “Driver announcement: Our Formula Regional European Championship team welcomes a returning member. Roman Bilinski, are you ready for another year with us? It is wonderful to have you on board once again. At the start of 2024, Roman Bilinski made his mark by winning the Formula Regional Oceanic Championship in commanding fashion. Across 15 races held in New Zealand, Bilinski showcased remarkable form, achieving 6 wins, 5 pole positions, and a total of 12 podium finishes. Reflecting on his season, Roman expressed his gratitude and excitement: “What an incredible season! Firstly, a huge thank you to M2 Competition – you all are incredible, and we’ve made memories that will last a lifetime. To all of you supporting me, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it, and I hope to see everyone at a track this year!” His championship run demonstrated not only his impressive pace and consistency, but also his ability to work seamlessly with a dedicated team, further solidifying his growing reputation in the world of single-seater racing.

Roman Bilinski got signed to compete with the Italian Team Trident racing for another season in Formula Regional after an impressive debut year. Throughout the 2023 campaign, Bilinski returned to the grid for 10 intense race weekends, determined to build on his experience and skill. Over the course of the season, he secured 5 top-ten finishes, demonstrating solid consistency and ongoing development against a fiercely competitive field. Although the year did not yield podium finishes, Roman’s performance showed that he continues to refine his craft, gaining valuable insights with each outing and steadily closing the gap to the front-runners. Trident Motorsport remains confident in Bilinski’s potential, praising his adaptability, resilience, and strong work ethic. With valuable lessons learned and steady progress made, Roman’s second season in the championship serves as an important stepping stone in his journey through the ranks of single-seater racing.

2022

The Italian Trident Motorsport team announced that Roman Bilinski has been contracted for the 2022 season for Regional Formula 3 - We had the opportunity to see Roman in action during the last two days of winter testing and we immediately realised that we have a highly motivated and passionate young man in front of us. - says team boss Maurizio Salvadori. - He has great chemistry with the team and the car, showing excellent adaptability and speed. We are very pleased to welcome him to Trident Motorsport, and our mutual goal is to achieve great results," Salvadori concluded.

2021

GB3 Championship

Bilinski moved into the GB3 Championship to replace Frederick Lubin, who had fallen ill, at Arden International. Roman experienced a very strong debut weekend, with three finishes in the top five with only 1 day of testing. His next weekend would be even more successful: after finishing third in the first race, Bilinski became the first Polish driver to win a race in British F3.  Snetterton was up next, and there Bilinski showed blistering pace, finishing third in the first and second race, and then won race 3 on Sunday, becoming the only driver to score a podium at every race on the same weekend that year. Roman  won another race at Oulton Park and ended his sesaon in seventh in the standings, beating both of his teammates. In this season Roman managed 7 podiums 3 wins, only person this season to get a triple podium in one weekend.

BRDC British F4 Win at spa

Roman Bilinski claimed his maiden BRDC British Formula 3 win in race two at Spa-Francorchamps after leading most of the way in his second weekend in the series.

For the 2021 campaign Bilinski switched to Carlin to race alongside Kai Askey, Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak and Dougie Bolger. Bilinski scored his first podium finish of the season at Oulton Park in race 3.

2020

Formula 4

In 2020 Bilinski made his single-seater debut in the F4 British Championship, partnering Alex Connor and Frederick Lubin at the TRS Arden Junior Team. His first podium came at Oulton Park.

The Pole went on to finish two more races in third position and finished eighth in the championship at the end of the year.

Bilinski's racing career started in 2018, when he raced in the Winter Series of the Ginetta Junior Championship. He then competed in the first seven rounds of the 2019 season with Alastair Rushforth Motorsport. His first victory and pole position would come at the first race at Donington Park.
